To each person who has signed up for this newsletter I want to extend wishes for a Happy and Safe Thanksgiving!

I've been working on a new idea and now implemented it into action. I have started a new Yahoo Group called
Author_SherryLGibson. I started this group to give readers of Only a Game a place to gather to talk to me about the book. I also wanted a place on the internet that I could invite people in to find out more about my book and to meet other authors and talk with them and find out how to view their books and to find out what other new authors are writing about. I hope this will be a site that anyone can come for a visit, ask any question they may have about writing, authors, publishing and so forth. If you are a reader and want to talk about a new book or a new author you have discovered, come in and tell us about it.

If you have a favorite author, come in and tell us who it is and why you like their work so much.

If you have ordered Only a Game and would like to talk about the book we are going to have a discussion of the book soon. Right now, I have several people purchasing the book for this discussion, so we are going to wait for them to get their copy of Only a Game before we begin the discussion.

Remember this isn't just a group to pat the author on the back. It's a place to discuss your views of the books you have read. Constructive criticism is expected along with all the good stuff!

If you are an author or a closet writer, come along and join the fun. Share your poetry with us, or share you website or a link where we can view your work! We love hearing from new published authors and want to know where we can find your book and what it's about.

I view this as a group where authors and readers can come together and talk to each other and share ideas and views.
