Happy Hello Dear Readers!

Weather reminds us of summer’s fading glory and fall’s insistence that the impending winter has not yet arrived. Yet, I miss those warm days of summer. People seem more freed up and life seems abundant.

For me, the summer has been quiet, but busy. Each day finds me in my Castle reading, researching and writing on my next book, women leaders in Africa. Most interesting research and so very positive.

I’m happy to tell you about a new book, _Women in the Line of Fire: What You Should Know About Women in the Military_ by Erin Solaro; share my news of my biography acceptance in Marquis, _Who’s Who in American Women_, 2007; and invite you to my site for poetry reading.

RECOMMENDED READING: WOMEN IN THE LINE OF FIRE

_Women in the Line of Fire: What You Should Know About Women in the Military_ (Seal Press, August 2006) by Erin Solaro is a must read. Erin went to Iraq and Afghanistan to be able to write this book. It is now released and available for purchase, both off Erin’s website located at http://erinsolaro.org and from Amazon. This is a worthwhile book. Buy a copy, maybe two. If that’s not possible, suggest your library purchase a copy and spread the word wherever possible.

Rosemarie Keller Skaine's biography has been selected for inclusion in _Who's Who of American Women_, 2007.

_Who's Who_ editions have been published since 1899 by The Marquis Who’s Who in New Providence, New Jersey.

Keller Skaine's biography has also been selected to appear in _Who’s Who in the World_, 2007 and in _Who's Who in America_, 61st Edition, 2007. Keller Skaine's biography also appears in the 25th Silver Anniversary Edition of _Who's Who of American Women, 2006-2007_.
