Traveling this road you and I,
journey of marriage we decide to try.
A true adventure of felicity,
love beginning of pure simplicity.
Walking hand in hand,
across this barren land.
Day turns to night,
embraced below a starry moon light.
Gazing about a beautiful scenery,
trees, flowers, a lavish mile of greenery.
Harmony as "one" our journey unfolds,
of mountain peeks our destination it holds.
Traveling along life's path,
our love endures a time of wrath.
Onward we tread in unity,
guiding light of opportunity.
Wavering we walk a different stride,
reflected opinions, doused with pride.
A fork in the road,
our step is slowed.
can our love endeavor?
Shall you go left, and I go right?
Onward we take a different flight.

Choices are never easy and life is always in a state of flux.
I hope your journey comes together

|Great write Penny! Sounds like you made the right choice when you started off that journey hand in hand and together took that different flight.

Do I ever relate! This is so beautifully expressed. I Think Hope and Pray that my
husband and I have made it beyond our mountains of wrath, at least for this phase.
I do hope this is not yet decided for you, too. Sisters in Spirit, Vicky
