Huang Shan Mountain Blues

Up and Down

A Thousand steps

They lie hidden

In the cloudy yun

Shadow shapes loom

A few mortal steps

Beyond a clinging

Shi cai Path

Song Shu Limbs

Dipped in glassy drips

Wet hei trunks

An exclamation point

A deep green lu

Of Bonsai shu

Perched in a grey sea hai

(and he then)

YU Rain parts

The ocean yang

Rocky teeth Ya chi

Emerge Serrations

One upon the other

Across a Lao shi plain

(and he then)

The mist ascends

Pinnacles are gone

I bought a hong hat

With Chinese characters say

Zhong Guo Huang Shan

The emperor is in his heaven

Human ren clad

In yellow plastic

Zou walk as one

The precious

Xin path of life

Tian shi hen gao xing

The earth is very happy
