The mind is powerful,and when we fully recognize its true strength,we begin to use it to achieve all of the good desires of our hearts.

Mindset

The mind is a powerful entity;

It is a great ally or a fierce enemy.

A singe positive thought allows doors to open wide

Revealing untold possibilities just waiting inside

To be nurtured by me and by you.

There is no limit to what the mind can do.

When it is open, positive, focused and controlled,

It will always bring  to us whatever it is told!

Yes it will indeed. An open mind is an inviting place to visit. Well done; loved the lyrical flow.

Barbara, your poem is absolutely true, and so beautifully written. I know by experience that the mind can help you get well, or allow you to be sick if you are in that state of mind. If you do not look at life in a positive manner you will become depressed, which leads to physical pain of the body. I myself have gone through this, this is the reason I know your poem is absolutely true. I find the best solution is to pray, be around positive people, and do not dwell on sickness or negative thoughts. Thank you so much for your beautiful poem. God Bless You

This is truth, not judgement. If it is entangled in a web of deceit it can become lost (satan's playground). Well done, Barbara
