for you, Friends...
Take some time out for yourself,
And slowly close your eyes,
Think about your favourite place,
Where no one needs a disguise.
A place where people can be accepted,
Just for being who they are,
Where beauty is so deep within,
And not judged from afar.
A place where you can feel wanted,
Where you'll be happy and content,
And to feel so very special,
Won't cost you a cent.
I know where there's a place like that,
It's deep down in my heart,
There are numerous people there,
From which they'll never part.
These people mean so much to me,
More than they really know,
Without these true and dear friends,
I would always feel so low.
And even though there are still times,
When I may not feel the best,
Knowing that my friends are there,
Help put my mind at rest.
So for all of you so close to me,
Make sure you never forget,
That in my heart you will remain,
That is a sure fire bet.
And no matter how far we are apart,
Things will never change,
Cause true friends will be there always,
Never far from range.
