Goodbye Yesterday, Hello Today!
I Want To Be Your Secret

A girl with big hopes and dreams,
Fighting for her independence, it seems.
Struggling to make each day better than before,
Giving away her heart and so much more.
Just a girl, looking for bigger and better,
A new way of living if only life will let her.
Great expectations to find each new day,
As yesterday fades into a past far away.
Just a girl surviving on her own,
Making her name, to be so well known.
Independence she seeks from a bitter past,
A goal in her heart for reality to last.
Just a girl, with goodness inside,
A true heavenly spirit, nothing to hide.
Looking toward tomorrow, with a smile upon her face,
A vision of independence and love her heart to place.
Just a girl, she'll always stay,
As she struggles to make it her own way
