SLOWLY MOVING CLOSER
by Bill Cottringer
Slowly moving closer,
From all four corners,
Our inners and outers,
Two beings getting closer;
Soft edges of our souls
Rubbing gently and lovingly;
Minds amazingly in sync,
Hearts thumping furiously;
Almost can’t breath,
Every inch of our bodies
Needing to touch endlessly,
Aroused, warm and joined.
A feeling of two beings
Slowly merging into one;
From the top of our heads,
To the tip of our toes,
And everywhere in between.
Such closeness can only be
With your one true love—
The one you both dream of
Before, during and after,
Getting closer and closer,
As this perfect love
takes the lovers to a place
they never want to leave.
