End of summer, end of love,
suns setting in eternal blackness...
reaching for a moment, reaching for you,
where souls die a thousand times.
Light has shifted into a tide,
of crimson tears and languid blues.
Stars blazed too brightly...for a moment,
as they dwarf out of existence.
The Universe was too vast,
for fragile hearts to survive.
And fiery echoes of once was,
pulse as distant beacons...
in this endless night.
