Each day is a day to take time and think about you, about where you are going. Make time for yourself.

Stop, Listen, Reflect
This roar in my ears
Calms me
Wakes within
The wish to begin.
This roar in my ears
Helps to settle my nerves
To express all emotion
It is like a potion.
This roar is never-ending
Yet, comes, goes and changes
Just like the rise and fall
Of the crashing waves
At my feet.
It stirs my brain
To sit and create
And tell you,
The world
What you can expect
When you take time
To slow down
And reflect.
