For 3 long years you've been Up There, yes, 3 years to the day, and now if we talked face-to-face I wonder what you'd say. I think you'd say The Land of Bliss is brighter than you knew, and how words can't describe your joy and how those 3 years flew! You'd tell me how the angels' wings are awesome to behold, and how love permeates the air as you walk streets of gold. You'd say surprise and sheer delights are found 'round every bend, and how the Heavenly choir sings of new life without end. And how Lord Jesus Christ Himself always has time to spare, He makes each one feel special ~ like the only one Up There! Yes, you've been there 3 years today and not one second, bored, and I have such serenity knowing you're with the Lord... ...yes, I have such tranquility... you're Up There with your Lord! ~ Connie ~ "But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him." (I Corinthians 2:9 KJV) ~~~ On the Anniversary of Daddy's Coronation Day

Rading this makes me feel better knowing my Tom is up there 2 1/2 years aleady. I always need agood reminder that he is content and ok being with his Lord and Savior and still is waiting for me to come to him again.

Oh, Connie, this stirs so many emotions in me! Who hasn't wondered what it is like for our beloved ones up there? Many things we know for sure from the Bible, and God allows "sanctified imagination" to fill in some of the gaps. What a treasure this poem is! Love, Connie M
