I am the Creator
and the created,
the Inventor
and the invented,
the Artist
and the painting.
All that I see and don't see,
hear and don't hear,
touch and don't touch,
smell and don't smell,
taste and don't taste
I am...
I am the eternal energy
of everything.

I am the darkness in the night sky
and all the stars between,
I am the smallest speck of sand
and the tallest mountain,
the tiniest ant and
the biggest whale in the sea.

I am the dew drops
on the silky threads
of the spider's web
and the poison in the snake's fangs,
I am the glorious colours of the sunset sky,
and the autumn mist that lingers
over morning fields.

I am the clouds in the sky
and the song of the geese flying by,
I am every blade of grass and every leaf,
I am the heat of the sun
and the cold of the snow,
I am the softness of the flower's petals
and the roughness of the granite rock,
I am the touch of the breeze on my cheek
and the splash of rain on my face.

I am the crunch of the apple
and the sweet tang of the orange,
I am the soft flesh of the melon
and the knobbled skin of the avocado,
I am the pungent smell of spices
and the delicate scent of rose,
I am the pestle and the mortar
and the gurgling coffee machine.

I am the rubber and
the paper clip on my desk,
I am the book in my hand
and the paper in my file,
I am the tea bag in my mug
and the toothpaste on my brush,
I am the T.V. in the lounge
and the carpet on the floor.

I am the crying child running down the street
and the mother pushing laden pram,
I am the tramp lying on the bench
and the business man walking with frantic step,
I am the teenager clamped to mobile
and the old man with awkward limp,
I am my obnoxious boss
and my droning colleague,
I am the repairman
and my best friend.

I am the producer,
script writer,
director,
coordinating all the movements,
writing all the dialogue,
devising all the actions,
deciding on the characters,
inventing all the extras -
this is my
magnificent,
amazing,
perfect,
 creation.
This is...
MY LIFE.
