LEDGE of the SKY

STORY BEHIND the POEM:
Watching your lover go...
Holding back the tears in my eyes,
I won't let you see me cry...
Knowing not when to see you again,
I still walk with you till the very end...
My heart wants to tell you:
"I'll love you, no matter what you do..."
It's not that I don't want to ask you to stay,
But I don't want to burden you with heartaches...
I really hate to see love pass us by,
And we can't even say goodbye...
If you didn't promise to be back one day,
I'd never let go of your hand...
My love, please go on now.
Don't look back, no matter how...
I'll wait here for you, for a thousand years,
While you walk on with no fear...
Stop at the ledge of the sky and think for a while,
And know that my heart's with you for a million miles...
When thinking of you, I'll stare with eyes so wild,
And in the sun, I'll see your smile...
