The Halloween party
will be the event of the year
Every monster, witch and weirdo
will certainly be there

Lots of ghoulish creatures
will be working the crowd
But no garlic, wooden stakes
nor silver bullets are allowed

Surprisingly -- innocent humans
will also be there
Foolish "He"s and silly "She"s
sporting costumes with flare

There'll be werewolves
and late night creepers
Vampires, ghosts, zombies
and other long dead creatures

There'll be phantom rats
one's that will gnaw and bite
Many unsuspecting guests
will simply vanish from sight

There'll be cackling and howling
and drinking of lumpy brew
Outside, there'll be lighting flashes
and thunder clashes too

There'll be sulfur fumes emitted
from green gargoyle things
Swooping down they'll attack
with bat-like wings

All the moaning and screaming
will be a blood sucker's delight
Amidst the pleading and bleeding
guests could drop dead from fright

Dare you come to this gruesome gala?
Dare you withstand a little bite?
Come join the celebration
It's the party to die for that night

Well I must say, a little bite always sounds interesting, lol. Sounds like a party I would love to go to. Halloween is one of my favorite times of year. And very true, what would Halloween be without a little wind and lightning??? Very well written! Booooooo! :)
