Lost

By Jacquelyn Smith

Why do i do this to myself put myself in the way of pain

Love is always a game

It’s always raining wherever i go

Very little light shines through my clouds of grey

Their never going away their always to stay rain pours down on top of my tears

Blue eyes sad blue eyes have turned grey

I can never say what i feel

Even though love for me is never real

I’m never sure whether i’m alive because all i feel is mostly pain

It always raining on my heart

But it doesn’t matter anymore

For my heart is frozen once again to feel the warmth

My hearts been dropped

It’s been shattered.
