Wipe away the tears

Wiping tears as the ashes drift
Thoughts of Mum to the fore
God lent his angel as a gift
Now we don’t see her any more

Eighty-three years of toil and strife
Now she’s drifting on the wind
Sixty-three years as a loyal wife
A woman who never sinned

A mother; a wife; a loyal friend
A giver of total love
Now her life is at an end
She’s resting with God above

Beautiful tribute. Our Mom's always
live within our hearts. I lost mine
when she was only 39 years old. She
was hit by a hit-run driver on a dark
rainy nite. I miss her still. She was
my best friend.
Keep up the excellent writing, hon.
Huggggggggs
