Areflection on an event in Times Square that went unnoticed.

Was it really that unimportant

that 60,000 gathered to pray

has the caring part of humanity

really flown and gone away?

A celeb may bad mouth

that reaches trhe front page

yet when 60,000 gather to pray

that gathers no attention that day.

A statement of intent

as to the media's manipulative content

much rather ignor the words of peace

of morality and righteousness

60,000 intent on prayer

in a place called Times Square

60,000 reasons to listen

yet not one single word

in the media was spoken.

Stand by your gods

oh you mankind

make sure you know who they are

are you on the right side.
