Difficult days for all caring people.

Oh my God it is so difficult

being alive,

so much bad news

so few survive.

Mans inhumanity to each other

makes my soul creep my heart shudder,

so helpless I feel

dip in to my pocket

donate some coins yet shake my head.

This is not enough it will go on,

'Just as in Noahs day.'

that is what Jesus said.

Only his Father knows the day and the hour

though since that was written

I suspect he does now.

So appalling these times,

disturbing for many

yet who knows what awaits

as few are the ones that find the path

the knowledge that leads your heart and your feet

firm on a safe path.

'Do not let your hearts be troubled,

the end is not yet.'

best if I do not read

too much of the news

yet I feel so wrong if ignorance I plead.

'Stay by these things'

I will I reply

forgive me if you hear me sigh.
