Weary and wounded
I sat in the place where
We would always meet;
I felt the awe of Your presence
And realized how much
I have misssed You !
Busy doing this, and doing that ?
Yes, busy spending more time with others
Instead of being with You.....Please forgive
me.....immediately I felt Your rod redirecting me
Apparently there were some diviations
Along the way.....walking disobediently.
I said....." Have bills to pay " !
Redirecting me to the straight and narrow way.
Then You whispered in my ear......
" Grow into maturity in Christ Jesus,
And you will have no need of redirecting " !
