To give hope to people with Anxiety Disorder

Through the gloom of the midnight hour your awakened. Suddenly the shadow of fear seems to emerge from no where for the attack upon your mind and body.

Through the gloom of the overwellming feelings emerge doubt. Suddenly the shadow of doubt seems to explode from some where for the attack upon your conscience and self-esteem.

Through the gloom of the overcoming feelings arises panic. Quietly the mist of the paranoia seems to implode from else where for the attack upon your soul and confidence.

Through the gloom of the over stated emotions concludes palpitations. Roughly the wind of the heart drives the blood from within for the rush upon your chest and veins.

As scarey as it may be, you feel like you must flee. But if you'd only realize that you can over come these feeling of illusional grief. And until you realize that it won't kill you, and that most of it wasn't even real! Don't you see?

I had some problems with anxiety when I was younger. Anxiety is a difficult thing to overcome. It is very possessive as you describe. Well done.
