    Certainly...being human

there are times when I am troubled

and deeply perplexed

I wonder...

how will I make it through

to the next hour...much less...tomorrow

which at the time seems too far away

 to even contemplate

...there all the time

allows me to feel His presence

His arms...

full of inexplicable serenity and

wanton reassurance

It is then...

that I can go on

It is then...

 I am revived

It is then...that I 'know'

He and I ...

...can make it!

I...Trust You, Lord

Hi, Joyce. "I Trust You Lord" is an uplifting and soulful poem. As difficult as it may seem at times, it does seem that trust in what is inside of ourselves and others is how spirit expresses itself. Thank you!

Yes, I was reminded of a statement that my late father, who went to be with the Lord 5/7/07, made quite frequently the last year of his life--"We just gotta trust the Lord..." Amen!

Very comforting and beautiful to know that He is always there for you. I loved the way you structured it, especially the diamond shape.
