He's so wonderful...always surprising me...always substantiating His love... with His unexpected,


His smooth black elegance

o'er us...sparkled

sparkled...with rare radiance

... His precious gems

painted light...onto night

And as we sped along...

swaddled in His safe keeping

I thanked him... for eyes

closed to doubt and disbelief

but..opened unto Him

eyes...that could behold...and receive

such a promising omen...

such an unique

... midnight gift
