Do Christians sin? Yes, they do...for what are Christians but individuals who are daily forgiven by 'new mercies' from above? We are far from perfect...but...we still try and Almighty God, knowing our frailities, rewards us for 'earnestly' trying. Thus, I feel no shame, as I am led to confess that I am a...

Amen, Joyce. We all fall short of the Glory of the Lord. We are not perfect, we are all sinners. If we were perfect, Jesus's death would have been for nothing. May God bless you every day of your life.

Apart from the theme and its message, Joyce, I like how you've constructed the poem with the verses seamlessly linked and the flow uninterrupted.

What a great piece this is!! Joyce, no one is perfect in this world. A true Christian will educate others, and you are one of them. I love how you have written this. No one in this world is perfect, or sinless; but as we all strive to be that way through our beliefs.

Thank you for sharing this wonderful piece!!

Well written. I recently posted a poem about a dream I had that I named Dim Lighted Ones, the way I read this poem it says something similar to what I think my dream was trying to tell me, it can be very exhausting thinking one has to be perfect, striving for perfection can cause stress, anxiety and guilt where there is no need for it. Better then to know that we are all a little bit of both light and darkness and what we need to do is find a healthy balance.
