Excerpt from my book, I SAY A PRAYER FOR ME: One Woman's Life of Faith and Triumph, available wherever books are sold.
A Story that I have not heard
Lead me to prayer
Give me an encouraging Word
A Story that will teach me how to see
That God loves and cherishes even me
A Story of Godís Goodness and Power
So I wonít give up in this next hour
A Story of what Heís done for you
Then maybe Iíll believe that
He can do the same for me too
Sometimes I get weary
I get weak, I feel worn
A Story so Iíll know it is not by mistake
That I was born
A Story of how God leads the way
A Story so that I can get through one more day
A Story so I wonít feel alone
A Story of how faith is grown
Does God really work in mysterious ways?
Does God care how I spend the hours of my days?
Does He love me? Does He Car?
Will He always be there?
A Story because sometimes life just ainít fair
Sometimes I feel like Iím living in a lionís lair
A Story and please make it true
I need to know God loves me
As much as He loves you.
Please Tell Me.

|What a wonderful poem
Sometimes we all ask these very same questions
Know that you are loved, just like every person on the face of this earth. Life can be so complicated that it is sometimes hard to feel
what you should already know in your heart. God is love and don't ever let anyone tell you anything different
