O Mutuality Warrior,
I lift my right hand against
destructiveness;
I extend my left hands in caring:
I raised my two hands in gratitude;

With my right hand I
confront fear,
oppose greed,
deflate egoism,
challenge laziness,
disarm the abuser,
expose the manipuator and
deprive the parasite;
These are the seven destroyers of life.

With my left hand I administer
compassion,
embrace intimacy,
engage in play,
express uniqueness,
bestow praise,
inspire oneness, and
give all to love;
These are the seven enhancers of Life.

With my two hands I
glorify God,
enjoy salvation,
Maximize health,
empower friends,
proclaim truth,
safeguard freedom, and
promote peace;
These are the seven delight of life.

In this full life stance
I am;
I believe,
I know,
I feel,
I do,
I transcend;
I am being the
believing,
knowing,
feeling,
doing and
transcending.

I am a Mutuality Warrior.
