One of the first poems that I wrote. I consider it to be one of my best works. Enjoy!!

Does each day long for its night?

For when it's night there is no sign

Of the suns existence.

Yet does each night long for its morning?

For when the sun does rise again

It leaves no sign of the nights existence.

Do the stars long for the sun?

For without the sun we cannot see

Yet without the stars we cannot dream.

So I will hold this thought of you

Through every night and day

To keep this feeling in my heart

For you are my daydream!
