While the year is getting older day by day

It is bringing in colder weather night and day

Even so, there is something else...on the way

Its Christmas, a day to watch little children play

We won't allow the weather to spoil Xmas day

Given that, it was many years ago or so they say

Our Lord and Saviour was born on a Xmas day

That is the reason we celebrate at Christmas

This year give someone a gift for Christmas

Seeing as God sent His only Son

Thus come now Mr. horn blower

And get you up into the tower

Next don't hesitate to use your power

And on the hour blow up your horn

It will be a reminder to all

Of the Holy Lamb who was born

To redeem the human race from sin

Though it was long ago upon a Christmas day

This year given someone a gift for Christmas

Seeing as God sent His only Son

A star was shining over where Christ was born

It was showing the birth place of God's only Son

Besides, it was a guide for the three wise men

They were waiting to see prophecy fulfilled

The star led them to see the new born King

They brought Him gifts sorted by their wisdom

Precious gifts: Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh
