Forever right shall be your blight,
this staff will never falter.
A pact I made, tis my crusade,
to lay thee at His Altar.

By far too long, we've heard this song,
a melody dismayed.
Damn evil's charm, hear righteous psalms,
let virtue be portrayed.

Though quite astute one must refute,
the mimic of your ways.
For far too long, in days bygone,
forever turned to grays.

The sun will rise before thine eyes,
each burden shall seem small.
On clouds of white there'll be no night,
just light in Haggard's Halls.

I can picture the Court Poet dashing around in front of the throne as he recites this in a rich baritone that silents the halls of the castle.
