That Lady

The lady coming toward me From the far end of the hall Had a dress exactly like mine It didn't fit on her at all. Her hat was kind'a cockeyed And her purse was kind'a worn Her petticoat was showing And it's lace was kind'a torn What can she think I wondered Dressed in that sad array I'll step aside and let her pass I'll keep out of her way But she got closer to me And clearly I could see That lady was a mirror Oh no, that lady's me.
