IF We Had An Ever

I stand before the world shattered and humbled beyond belief. The light at the end of the tunnel is missing but I can find it if I keep searching. I can’t sleep, I can’t eat… There has to be something better than this. Up is hopefully a step away. The below is not good but I scribbled it on the back of a letter to Chris - my wife of whom I am separated from and repair does not look good. I know everyone has their own problems but writing mine help. |

If we had an ever,
I’d wait for you,
However long it takes.
If we had an ever,
I would do whatever
It takes to make it right.
If we had an ever,
I would love, cherish
And be enamored with you forever.

Maybe one day there will be a light at the end of the tunnel and all will be whole again, never give up.....
Be always safe,
