Aristocrats

~Written for an assignment where I had to write down 50 words that I liked the sound of. I'm not trying to sound smart - I just like multisyllable words...~

The condescending aristocracy,
They shriek their "styllistic" syntax,
Which is nothing more
Than chocolate-covered squish.

Their fiery, amphetamine-inspired words
Dwindle into sanguine nothingness
As the marionettes pulsate in the
Quasi-dance of stereotypical sarcasm.

Ablaze with immaculate thoughts,
Their totalitarian cannibalism
Is conspicuous to all but
The beneficiaries of it.

So in collaboration with others Styx-bound,
They praise their own tintinabulation
And twiddle their thumbs into twilight,
Pretending to dine on ambrosia.
