A challenge.

Do you remember the riddle game in the Hobbit?

From the earliest times poetry has been associated with
riddles. Your challenge is this–write a riddle using three
or four lines of poetry. Do Not use the phrase “What is...?”
Instead, you riddle takes the form of a strong poetic description.
The answer can either be the title, or tucked at the bottom of the
posting.

As an example I repost a trio of riddlin’ ‘ku

beaver

tree feller
dam builder
nickel icon

orange incisors
willow framed pelt–
a nation’s wealth

empire builder
spoiler of nations–
aquatic rodent

good luck and have fun
