I grew up in So. California, so I never had snow on Christmas until I lived in Ohio, as an adult, for a few years. Christmas is a state of mind and there is nothing wrong with spending the day getting a tan and grilling out.

| I woudl hate to celebrate Christmas anywhere but here in the cold weather...it wouldn't seem like the season without some cold weather and some snow, but only just a little, then it can go back to 70 degrees for the rest of the winter...FAT CHANCE! ED |

| I can relate since I spent a few Christmases in the deep south, and it just wasn't the same for me with no snow, but as Andy says - I'm freezing right now - BRRRR. |
