I saw a vision
Deep inside my head
Once while alone
Sitting on my bed.

I was not asleep
My eyes were closed
Nor was I counting sheep.

Something strange was occurring
I felt myself floating
Or was I soaring?
As we were atop Pegasus.

Making passionate love
Between his wings
While on flight
Yet it was as smooth
As a cloud.

Nobody was around
As he soared with a heavenly stride
Only Zeus would be

T'was a very special day
For Pegasus
As he neigh with joyous
Melodies and hymns.

Us with sweet songs
Others never heard
Far and along.

He was gifting us with a treat
For earth bound
His gentle mate, Fed along
The freash spring, fields of clover.

She was about, to go in labor
To bless him, with the birth
Of his first foal
On a miraculous road to recovering
A breed of Gods.
