Write a poem,
it couldn't do no harm.
That is unless,
it's a total mess,
or attacks someones religion,
throws in their face superstition,
maybe attacks their present position.

Go ahead,
I dare you to write what you think,
then turn and blink.
When you look back,
you may be under attack.
Or reviewed in the rude,
not too exclude,
bashed to the max,
made to pay tax.
You might wish you're wax.

Then again it could be good,
lovingly understood.
A blessing to all,
your friends come too call.
Even your foes,
might not turn up their nose.
It might make you bother,
to try and write another.
Then another.

You may become a poet,
and continue to flow it.
Suffer the ups and downs,
get laughed at like clowns.
Or praised to no ends,
by foes and friends.

Who knows,
just the way it goes?
Just don't freeze,
quit with the tease.
Or get too serious,
slip and get furious.
Enjoy the verse
now you got the curse.

YESsssssssssssss! And....What a curse it is
That over the top of the mountain feeling
To say what you believe and Know
To see it in print
Is not always the answer to seek
Wheather to show it or not
Isn't the biggest deal
It's getting it on paper
Then reading it without a frown
YOU wrote it
It meant something then
Other feelings soon start to take off like a jet.
GREAT WRite ONEPOet! Thank you for sharing your heart!

LOL, you've just described how a 'normal' person becomes a poet, complete with the cursed affliction of our growing disease! Excellent, my friend!
