It's been this way for years, my poetic dears, so goes my fears. |

Par for the course,
the four legged horse,
I feel no remorse.
Glad I got a mind of my own,
don't ride the white pony clone.
or sniffing around on glue,
hey I still love you.
If my horse threw a shoe,
I couldn't depend on glue.
You got to use nails,
riding a horse on the tough trails.
When all else fails,
you end up walking,
by yourself talking.
I've been alone most of my life,
except for my wife.
Being alone on this poetic board,
hey God cut the cord.
If you can't survive alone,
42 trakers might be gone.
Cause I wouldn't be here either,
pluck a chicken feather,
OnepoetGem keeps his together.

| I love to read your poems, they always have a way of putting a smile on my face...You may want to send a message to your trackers maybe they are asleep and to the ones whom you review and still they have not a common coutesy to read some of yours, I say Booo, but then again write as your heart desires and you will get new friends who will be loyal...... |

Don't we all have doubts at times, yet we continue to write for want of writing and sharing. I think it's the weather is so beautiful now, people aren't online as much as in Winter. HeeHee...just wait 'til Summer heat sets in..

Oh, Gem, do I know how you feel! People keep hitting my poetry instead of my stories, which drives me BUTT CRAZY!! I guess it's coz poetry is easier/faster to read; but lately, I've been getting more reviews on my stories, which I fully appreciate! I hope you get the reviews you deserve; you are a good writer!! Don't ever stop; as long as you write, I WILL read/review! You can count on me!
(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :D |

One,
Hear ya - if I read a poem, I review it - common courtesy!!!! Don't always get a chance to stop in, but when I do, I will leave a comment. My feelings, exactly - have more trackers than you, would like to see half leave something of themselves ... oh, well. Write for you, and for you only -
(((HUGS))) and love, Karla. |

My old Lifetime Basic has 53 trackers, however many of them are not in the den now.
My new Sandie May Angel Joyce account only has 17 trackers, yet not everyone of them gives me reviews.
I think the reason is that some are not awake at the time of our postings, and by the time they are awake, our poems might have already shifted down the page. This poetry board is very busy and our poems get disappeared real fast if not being read at the time of the posting.
But I know Grady is strong. Grady always write no matter what.
Hugs,
Sandie Angel :o) |
