Cupid and the devil tangle.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Cupid felt real stupid,
his last arrow was broken,
and could not be used as a love token.
High above the lover nest he floated,
dear sweet lovers never denoted.
Cupid knew revealing was against the rules,
but so was using broken tools.

In a flash,
he dashed,
stabbed both lovers with the broken arrow,
then floated back up like an innocent sparrow.
Their love ensued,
then the devil boo'd

The red man hated true love,
he'd do anything to block cupid's move.
Even break his arrows into,
to turn a true love blue.
On this day he failed
screamed and yelled,

Cupid,
you're stupid!

Cupid then responded with a surprise,
he shot the red man right between the eyes.
The poor old devil,
fell to cupid's level.
Frozen by love,
he could not move.
Hell bent on evil,
we now have a loving devil.

Have a nice weekend everyone.
