Waves of jealousy

A poem about the jealousy of a long distance love

Euphoric waves of anger

Crash onto distant shore

Thunderous emotions

An empty symphonic heartbeat

Chorus returning unloved

Verse abandoned onto the wind

Scattered words set adrift

Darkened fathoms engulf hope

Sinking drowning in despair

Eye gaze across horizons of hope

Glazed expressions drawn to each other

Poisoned winds of destruction

A hurricane of dark advice

Footsteps backtrack from the tide

Waves rescind into calm

A moons enigmatic smile

Offering a glow of hope
