I’m captivated by the sparkle
That each clear facet allows
As golden sunlight is split,
My love for you thus grows.
 
It’s because of your little faults
That I love you all the more;
Whoever tossed aside a diamond
Because of a tiny flaw?
 
I’ll keep a special place
For this precious treasure
That gives me so much joy
And the most perfect pleasure.
