This town's gotten fat,
guzzling from gas pumps and plaster
statues representing the ages
of Aquarius now well spent

The steel structures of the Kulpa Gallery
were left behind the Streetlight,
where raindrops dribbled through phone booths
and rusted where no quarter was given
for artists trying to turn over a New Leaf

The Moon, once heavy with the flotsam mist
notches her girdle once more, for hunger
knows few cousins closer than darkness

Tyler,

Stunning! "hunger knows few cousins closer than darkness" that line epitomizes poetry. This is a master stroke!
