Mood is a reflection of the outside and inner actions which influence us. Some people have the gift to decipher them. In any case we should always be in control, using the upswing, and keep monitoring the downswing as it may also have a message to tell us but never let is drag us down.
The best help one can get, is to create joy around us or for oneself.
