The crackshot way of things makes me wonder.
Do we have wings.
The gravity of leering time is a nuisance.
No one knows what happens.
I perpetuate the myth of my generation.
My own myth and nothing else.
I am old then and already dated.

Oisin, the myth of my generation died a long time and go. They come and go and come and go and come and go and come and go. Bill

I've missed your work. This one is a perfect example of why that's so.

You could not possibly have written a better closing line. Kudos.

I like the internal rhyme in the first two lines, Oisin.. something a bit romantic about even just the word "myth" eh? If we break it down and choose to think of it in this way, I suppose we are all dated.. every single second, every single thing we say..and do.. just as we are all "old" the second after birth... I favor renewal.. as long as I am breathing, I am reborn every moment ... I see others' that way too. You, Oisin, are the words of wisdom, yet you are the embodiment of youth... all the time. I got much from this poem, but can't share all of it because it is embedded in my thoughts. Thanks.. it triggered thinking.. that's always a good thing... Be well.. katy xox.
