(Glimpse of my poem from my forthcoming book “New York and other Poems.” ( Poems yet to be selected by my mentor, Yuyutsu RD Sharma). Currently, I am working on it as I am done with “Safa Tempo and other Poems,” which will hit the market very soon. Cheers!)

It’s mesmerizing:
lips sloshing back and forth.

Our bodies
emerging and popping

as a thick stew
in the corner of the Manhattan Inn.

The spattering moans
glisten like the mountain dew

as they sail through
the shadowed air.

Inside us,
it looks as if

the world
is being born.

Hey Bhuwan, It is great reading you again. I spent a lot of years in Manhattan and found a lot of love there. This writing was well described and extremely well crafted.
