.->--

A metaphysical mind
would ask who you were,
this person who has
faded into stone.

The music that plays
is a time machine.
Others easily remember you,
and discuss your poses
stamped on film.
They are evidence that you were here.

Would you have become more
had you not turned into clay?
Because of your sudden disappearance,
you are looked for
in your offspring and their every trait.

The blinding sun
is at the top of the list,
and tye dye skies
are heavily depended upon.
Although all knowledge is in shards,
it is comforting to know
that you will never change.
