I shall speak as though I am the epitome of poetry,
Speaking of all that I see, all I wish to be, or donít wish to be.
I shall see myself as the epitome of poetry,
Even when a monstrosity of adversity stares down on me.
My motivation will feed off of my insanity,
And calmed by my serenity, as my emotions overwhelm me.
I know how I must show how I am an example for others
As if they were my little sisters and brothers.
I shall speak as though I am the epitome of poetry.
I shall write like there is no tomorrow,
But if I did so, my words would be hollow,
And my words would never be finished.
So I shall continue to write as though I am
The Epitome of Poetry.
