My Precious Child, Will you sit with Me a while? Will you set down your heavy burdens and rest with Me? You work so hard and give so much. How about giving your self a moment to relax? Breathe deeply... Close your eyes... And rest... It takes only a moment to be refreshed, To get the strength you need to carry on. Breathe deeply. Fill your whole being with Love and Light. There's always enough for you. Just for a moment let go of the worry... The guilt... The regrets... the hassle... Let it all go. And Breathe... You can begin work again in a moment or so... But for now... Breathe... Rest... Let Me refresh you. Let Me fill you with My peace... I AM here for you...
