Dear Mum and Dad my sister called, for me to come and stay
She says she stays with angels, and they love to laugh and play
It sounds so good to me, to laugh and play and run
For the house that I was living in , wasn't really any fun
Now Mum and Dad I'm sure you know, that we loved you, very much
And the times we had together, formed bonds and strength and such
But when my sister left us , I just felt so alone
And I know that you, understand, by the care that you have shown
Please tell all our loved ones , that we appreciate them so
As we couldn't tell them one by one, before we had to go
As Aunty Karren's poppets, as Nanna's pumpkin pies
As Grandads cheeky little girls, stand tall within our eyes.
Now to our sister Casey, we would want for you to know
That we felt every touch of yours, that helped to make us grow
But we wait for you to come, and play with us one day
And the family will be together, when all of you can stay.
So Mum and Dad, we write to you, this letter as a start
and leave it on the table, the table, of your heart.
So we above look out for you, from where we laugh and play
And send to you, all our love, Signed, Courtney and Caitlin Jae
