Only fiction I was depressed today this is what I post because of my depression.

No teaqrs
No regret
No sadness
To dwell
In the heart
No lingering pain
To fester
In the mind
Our together
Was the light
Of the day
The laughter
Of joy
The tears
Of healing
But goodbye must come
This is but a cycle
Like the seasons
The rotation
Of the planets
Around the sun
Goodbye must come
Our path's
Are to diverge
Our live's to seperate
Maybe we will
See each other again
But for now
Goodbye must come.

Hi Chad, I wish I can help you, But I cannot even help myself. I think what Linda suggested is true. It is just so very hard to do. I think this write was exceptional because you made us feel the reality of your inner pain.

Feel Better

Sweet friend
Never say goodbye
Hold you head up high
You are special and kind
Don't let depression rule your mind
I know what it can do
Because I have it too
Climb out of the darkness into the lite
Claw if you have too, but friend, FIGHT!
