Can You Count?

CAN YOU COUNT?

Can you count the times the waves have crashed against the silent
shore?
Multiply that ten fold, and know I love you more
Can you count the stars that shine thru darkness each and every night?
My Love would show their numbers sparse, stagnate and finite
Can you calculate the earth's rotations, from the dawn of time?
I've loved before I knew life, with vigor pure and prime
Can I count the ways, you've shared your love and healed my shattered
soul?
Mere numbers have no value.... Your love has made me whole

LADY A
