~ Take My Breath Away ~

I will breath for you, my Darling,
When the air you have is gone.
I'll climb into your Lilly white bed,
To breath for the life holding on.

Two peas in a pod, you and I are,
Fully able to take off our masks.
To reveal our true nature, our spirit,
Living life in the light we two cast.

Oh we fought,  we tried to gain power,
To control one another...in vain.
Time had its own way of melding,
Us two, to be one in the same.

Now the Angel of Death is approaching,
To escort you to a heavenly place.
Your suffering's thru, peace awaits you
When our life together ends in embrace

One request before you go my Dearest.
Without you, no need for me to stay
Do one last deed, fill my only need...
Kiss me, and take my breath away.

This is a beautiful piece.
If fiction, it is fabulously written.
If true, you have my thoughts, prayers, and understanding.
